Liberally was brought in at the formative stages of Atelier100 to craft an in-depth, meaningful mentoring programme for handpicked emerging creatives in London.
Over 5 months, we created the strategy behind the programme, the detailed framework for it and then designed and ran the selection process to choose 20 creatives from over 400 applications.
We recently handed over the project to the delivery partner on the ground in London. -
As a highly-regarded DEI speaker, Daisy was asked by the Museum of London to speak to its internal people for International Women's Day 2022. Daisy worked with a high-level internal team to ascertain business priorities, current gender balance landscape and the concerns of female-identifying staff, to design a talk that would be as relevant and inspirational as possible. Not just informational, this was a keynote that also workshopped action, to push the organisation forward.
Feedback was overwhelmingly positive and the client was very happy. -
Liberally is currently working with leading UK fresh food manufacturer Natures Way Foods to strategise their ESG positioning and goals. Directly accountable to the Executive Team, having had an ESG strategy approved by the Board, Daisy is now leading the company towards B Corp accreditation and their first ESG report.
She is also advising the Exec and Board on a DEI strategy and social impact plan. -
Daisy is currently coaching the Operations Director for Paua, which has expanded to advising on brand narrative and design for Paua's forthcoming B2C brand.

World Wide Generation asked us to help them celebrate IDAHOBIT Day with a creative campaign. We chose to work with non-binary photographer Henri T to ask ‘What does trans look like?’.

We worked with World Wide Generation to craft their first corporate racism statement and goals for allyship. We also showcased photographer Sama Kai Sundifu’s powerful photojournalism from the summer 2020 Black Lives Matter UK protests.

In 2021 I curated a new issue of Liberally's digital magazine, launched a creative talent platform, won a global ad campaign pitch for IKEA and helped a diversity media network set up its in-house creative agency.
